Investment Risks: Current and future portfolio holdings are subject to risk. International investments involve special risks, including currency fluctuation, lower liquidity, different accounting methods and economic and political systems, and higher transaction costs. These risks typically are greater in emerging markets. Securities of small- and medium-sized companies tend to have a shorter history of operations, be more volatile and less liquid and may have underperformed securities of large companies during some periods. Value securities may underperform other asset types during a given period. Investments will rise and fall with market fluctuations and investor capital is at risk. Investors investing in strategies denominated in non-local currency should be aware of the risk of currency exchange fluctuations that may cause a loss of principal. These risks, among others, are further described in Artisan Partners Form ADV, which is available upon request.

The discussion of portfolio holdings does not constitute a recommendation of any individual security. The holdings mentioned above comprise the following percentages of a representative account within the Composite’s total net assets as of 30 Sept 2023: Artisan Global Value Strategy—Elevance Health Inc 4.6%, Compass Group PLC 4.1%, Shell PLC 3.3%, The Progressive Corp 3.3%, American Express Co 3.1%, Marsh & McLennan Cos Inc 3.1%, TotalEnergies SE 1.9%. Artisan Select Equity Strategy— Elevance Health Inc 6.3%, The Progressive Corp 5.9%, American Express Co 5.3%, Marsh & McLennan Cos Inc 3.5%. For the purpose of determining the portfolio’s holdings, securities of the same issuer are aggregated to determine the weight in the fund. The U.S. mutual fund managed to the Artisan Global Value Strategy has been named a recipient of the 2023 Investor’s Business Daily (IBD) award for Best International Stock Funds. Each winning fund has beat its benchmark for the past one, three, five and ten years. For 2023, IBD compared the returns of 635 international stock funds that have been around for at least 10 years and found that 66 beat the benchmark— the MSCI EAFE Index — in those four periods. In determining award winners, IBD’s analysis uses Morningstar data for each fund’s historical risk-adjusted return compared to the MSCI EAFE index as of 31 December 2022.
