Adjusted funds from operations (AFFO) refers to the financial performance measure primarily used in the analysis of real estate investment trusts (REITs). Return on Invested Capital (ROIC) is a measure of how well a company generates cash flow relative to capital invested in the business. Beta is a measure of the volatility of a security or a portfolio in comparison to the market as a whole.
